Alexander Parachini is a litigator who represents individuals and businesses in all phases of dispute resolution, from discovery through trial and appeal.
Alex’s experience includes representation of both plaintiffs and defendants before a variety of state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation. The issues in dispute have included allegations of breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and violation of state and federal consumer protection, employment, and discrimination laws. Alex is known for a meticulous approach that is always grounded on a thorough assessment of the client’s goals. While arguing zealously for his clients, he also looks for opportunities to reach pragmatic solutions.
In addition to private practice, Alex served as a law clerk to the Hon. I. Leo Glasser of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Alex graduated cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was an Executive Editor for the N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation & Public Policy. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
