Mike, a recent judicial law clerk and former United States Army infantry officer, represents companies and individuals facing criminal, civil, and regulatory challenges.
Mike joins Donnelly, Conroy & Gelhaar, LLP from his clerkship with the Honorable Christopher C. Conner of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Before clerking, Mike served as a litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Boston. He has experience representing clients in internal investigations, government investigations, complex commercial litigation, and regulatory matters.
Mike obtained his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he graduated in the top 15% of his class and competed as a track & field decathlete. He went on to serve as an Army infantry officer for seven years with assignments in Georgia, Alaska, and Louisiana, and a deployment to Iraq in 2017-2018. He obtained his law degree at Harvard Law School. While there, Mike served as a board member for the Armed Forces Association, the Harvard Mediation Program, and the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. He was recognized at graduation for completing over 1,000 hours of pro bono legal services and continues to maintain an active pro bono practice.
